Gift Voucher Policy

Love Those Lashes Gift Vouchers make the perfect gift for that special someone and can be bought for a specific treatment or for a value in sterling. Please note that vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, after this period they will become void so please remember this and get your appointments booked in asap.

Strict Cancellation Policy

If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the appointment clients are eligible for a transfer or refund of their deposit.

If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of their appointment a 50% fee of the treatment will be charged.

If a client does not show up to an appointment a 100% fee of the treatment will be charged.

For Academy students, please note we require 48 hours notice for cancellations and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel out of the 48 hour window deposits can be transferred to another course date and a £30 re-booking fee will apply. The option to transfer to another course date can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation and loss of

Arriving Late

Please note: Infill appointments are time structured and are based on the average weekly amount of extension loss. If you feel you have shed more extensions than usual it is advised to book extra time to get you back up to 100% coverage. 

Please be aware that if you arrive to your appointment late this will affect your treatment time and therefore your infill result. If you arrive more than 15 minutes into your appointment time Love Those Lashes reserves the right to deem the appointment as a 'no show' and the client will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Arriving With Makeup On

Please arrive to your lash appointments without any eye makeup on. This includes anything on the upper eyelashes, lower eyelashes, upper eyelid, lower eyelid, and surrounding eye area. Removal of any eye makeup by your lash technician will cut into your treatment time and could affect the final result of your appointment.

Patch Test

In accordance with our insurance policy clients must undergo a patch test for any sort of tinting (eyelash and eyebrow) at least 24 hours before the intended appointment.

Pregnant Clients

We offer all lash and brow treatments to clients who are expecting, however due to hormonal changes we cannot guarantee the longevity of the eyelash extensions. It really is a case of trial and error as every person's pregnancy experience is so different. We also require that all clients be able to lie flat for the duration of their eyelash treatment, this is for the health and safety of our lash technicians as it can be physically strenuous for them otherwise.

Lash Loss

If you feel that you are experiencing more loss than you should be, please contact LTL within 72 hours of your appointment.

Apprentice Sets

All of our Apprentices are fully trained - we offer ‘Apprentice Sets’ to enable our Apprentice Technicians to gain experience, improve their speed, and build a client base. Results may vary with ‘Apprentice Sets’. Please note that ‘Apprentice Sets’ cannot be infilled - unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be offered on ‘Apprentice Sets’. Please contact the salon before booking should you have any queries regarding this.

We do not offer treatments to persons under the age of 14. Persons aged between 14-16 must have parental approval and be accompanied by parent during treatment.

For health and safety reasons we do not infill other technicians' work.
